MINDFULLY JOURNEYING TOWARD AUTHENTICITY & WELLBEING

Courses
I offer versatile mindfulness courses that can be customized to suit a variety of settings. My Introduction to Meditation course has been successfully delivered in yoga studios and to counselling clients, helping individuals cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness in their daily lives. The Mindfulness in the Workplace course adapts these practices to the corporate environment, promoting employee well-being and enhancing overall workplace wellness. Both courses can be offered in-person or virtually, and can be structured as single-session seminars or extended over 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your needs.
For courses open for public registration, please see the details below.
Guest Teaching & Special Events
I also offer guest yoga and meditation events, tailored to meet the needs of your group and occasion. My experience includes leading an introductory yoga class for over 200 students as part of a university health course (2023 & 2024), guiding an accessible seated yoga and meditation session for UBC Okanagan’s Relay For Life event (2024), and delivering a high energy flow yoga class to over 40 students for Move UBC's Glow Yoga event (2025).
If you’re interested in learning more about these offerings or discussing how they can meet your specific needs, please reach out here.
