I am a certified yoga and meditation instructor based in Kelowna, BC, Canada. With a deep commitment to the practice since 2015, I began sharing my passion for mindfulness through teaching in 2021. It would be my pleasure to guide you on your own journey of self-discovery, stress reduction, and relaxation through my yoga and meditation classes and courses.

In all of my offerings, I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where students can comfortably explore their limits and experience personal growth. I strongly believe in the transformative power of mindfulness practices as essential tools for stress relief, anxiety management, and overall well-being.
