MINDFULLY JOURNEYING TOWARD AUTHENTICITY & WELLBEING
I offer guest teaching and collaborative events for yoga studios, wellness spaces, and community gatherings. These sessions are designed to complement your existing offerings while creating a grounded, accessible experience for your community.
My approach blends research-based and counselling-informed mindfulness with accessible yoga and meditation practices, creating experiences that are both grounding and practical.



Guest Teaching & Special Events
Single-session yoga and meditation offerings designed to integrate smoothly into your existing studio or event schedule. These classes are adaptable in style and structure, and can be shaped to suit the needs and energy of your group.
Examples: a guided meditation session for stress support, a chair yoga class as part of a community event, or a themed yoga class with a specific focus such as rest, breathwork, or nervous system regulation.
Workshops & Courses
Longer-form experiences designed for deeper exploration and ongoing practice.
These offerings can include standalone workshops, or multi-week courses.

Previous Events
I have experience facilitating yoga and meditation sessions across a range of settings, including university programs, community events, and wellness initiatives. Across these settings, I’ve worked with diverse group sizes, energy levels, and accessibility needs, with a focus on creating steady, inclusive, and well-paced experiences.
