Counselling Services
Consultations offer a brief opportunity to connect and assess whether you feel comfortable working with Senja. It's a chance to ask any questions about the counselling process and for Senja to determine how she can best support you in your unique needs.
These no commitment 20-minute complimentary consultations are available via phone or online video.​
Free Consults
An individual counselling session typically lasts 50 minutes, though longer sessions are available depending on your needs and preferences. Services are offered in-person (Kelowna and West Kelowna) and virtually (phone and video) across BC. Senja works with individuals age 16+.​​

Senja's areas of specialty include life transitions, identity work, self-discovery, relationship challenges, stress and anxiety.

$150 per 50 minute session.
Individuals
Family and relationship counselling sessions typically begin with 50-minute appointments, though longer sessions (up to 110 minutes) may be offered to accommodate your needs. Services are offered in-person (Kelowna and West Kelowna) and virtually (phone and video) across BC.

This service is equivalent to couples' counselling and is inclusive of unique relationship and family structures.

$170 per 50-minute session.
Families & Relationships
Sliding Scale Reduced Rate
I offer up to three sliding scale spots in my practice for clients experiencing financial constraints that make the standard fee a barrier to care. Decisions about fee reduction are made collaboratively, considering your current life circumstances and the availability of sliding scale spaces at the time of inquiry. Proof of income is not required.

Sliding scale arrangements are reviewed periodically. I currently have reduced rate spots available. If you’re interested, you are welcome to reach out via email or an initial consult call to discuss current availability. The reduced rate range is $90–$120 per 50-minute individual counselling session. Asking about sliding scale will not affect your access to services at the standard rate.
