My Workplace Wellness offerings are designed to bring mindfulness, movement, and nervous system support into professional environments in a way that is accessible and grounded.
These sessions can support teams in managing stress, improving focus, and creating space within the workday. Sessions seamlessly blend education and provision of practical tools, offering strategies that support regulation, focus, and stress management.
Programs are adaptable and can be tailored for one-time workshops, multi-week series, or single seminars/lunch n learns.
Mindfulness in the Workplace
A structured course that provides an introduction to mindfulness and how they can be integrated in professional settings. This program explores topics integral to workplace functioning including stress and burnout, mindful communication, and multi-tasking and focusing.
It can be delivered as a single workshop or a multi-session series depending on your organization’s needs and contains opportunity for customization.
