MINDFULLY JOURNEYING TOWARD AUTHENTICITY & WELLBEING
My Introduction to Meditation course provides a clear and accessible introduction to meditation and mindfulness practice. It covers foundational concepts such as the history of meditation, common misconceptions, and the evidence-informed benefits of practice. Each session builds practical tools for bringing awareness, steadiness, and regulation into daily life.
It is suitable for complete beginners as well as those looking to reconnect with or deepen an existing practice.

Session Structure
Each session begins with education on the above topics and concludes with a 5–20 minute guided meditation. Different styles of meditation are explored each week.
Course Materials and Offering Format
Each participant will be provided with either a printed or PDF workbook containing key concepts, journal prompts, and other resources.
The course can be delivered in-person or virtually.
