My Mindfulness for the Workplace course provides a clear and accessible introduction to mindfulness. It focuses specifically on how mindfulness can positively impact job performance and easy ways the practices can integrated into workplace settings. Each session builds practical, easy-to-apply tools that support employees in developing greater awareness, steadiness, and regulation throughout the workday.
The program is suitable for participants with no prior experience, as well as those looking to reconnect with or deepen an existing mindfulness practice in a professional context.

Session Structure
Each session begins with education on the above topics and concludes with a 5–20 minute guided meditation. Different styles of meditation are explored each week.
Course Materials and Offering Format
Each participant will be provided with either a printed or PDF workbook containing key concepts, journal prompts, and other resources.
The course can be delivered in-person or virtually. It can be delivered as four 1-hour sessions over the course of four weeks or one half-day workshop.
